The co-owner of a cafe broken into six times in three years has said she hopes new security measures will make a difference.

The Shed in Goodland Gardens, Taunton had its windows smashed and £25 stolen – including staff tips – in the latest incident on 5 June.

Co-owner Tilly Young said: "It's a dark area at night, it's an area of anti-social behaviour. There's no CCTV and recently the street lights have been off."

Taunton Town Council said it was "sorry" to hear about the break-ins and "the issue with the lighting in the area has now been rectified".
